On July 27, Ambassador Huang Shifang attended the opening ceremony of the three-day International Symposium on Higher Education Leadership, Innovation and Capacity Development at the University of Mauritius and delivered remarks, together with Honourable Dhananjay Ramful, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Regional Integration and International Trade and Dr. the Honourable Kaviraj Sharma Sukon, Minister of Tertiary Education, Science and Research. 

The symposium brought together higher education experts from China, Mauritius and other countries to discuss leadership, innovation and capacity development.
