On April 17, the Celebration of International Chinese Language Day 2026, organized by the Confucius Institute at the University of Mauritius and supported by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Mauritius and China Cultural Center in Mauritius, was successfully held at the University of Mauritius. More than 160 participants attended the event, including faculty and students from the University of Mauritius and members of the public.
