On 5th February, ahead of the Chinese New Year, Ambassador Huang Shifang visited the major Chinese Communities in Chinatown.

Ambassador Huang extended Chinese New Year greetings to the Chinese Communities, conveyed the regards of the government and people of the motherland, and presented New Year gift packages. She hoped that the Chinese Communities would uphold the fine traditions, consistently adhere to the one-China Principle, and actively promote people-to-people exchanges between China and Mauritius.
