From 22 Februray 2017, the Visa Section restores Urgent and Express service for the passport holders of following countries:
 
　 Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Czech, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, France.
